Memory’s fiction can be found in Crab Orchard Review and Ploughshares. Her story, “The Sugar Bowl” won the 2013 Ploughshares Magazine Emerging Writer’s Contest in Fiction and she is currently completing a novel and a collection of stories. In 2016, her work was awarded an Individual Excellence Award by the Ohio Arts Council and she received The Ohio State University English Undergraduate Organization’s Associated Faculty of the Year Award. More recently, she was named a finalist for an Individual Award from the Sustainable Arts Foundation. She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and daughters.
